JYL Group began its journey in 2007 with the opening of a Call Center serving companies in the United States, which remains in operation today.
In 2015, our Group launched a new service branch to develop our services as Travel, Event, and Convention Consultants around the world.
Today, we specialize in travel and events, standing out in the corporate sector and becoming leaders thanks to our high-quality service in the organization and development of both national and international travel and events.
We operate under Dominican law as a tour operator endorsed by the Ministry of Tourism and are certified as a MICE company, which allows us to specialize in meetings, incentives, congresses, and events, especially for corporate groups.
We manage an infrastructure of 87 employees, including the sales and service call center and business and operations executives specializing in MICE.
